FAQ
How does the free trial work?
You may run the free trial on all plans and features. At the end of the trial you may either decide to use CentralPlanner by submitting your billing infos or the free trial will end automatically. You don't need to cancel anything.
Is it possible to switch between plans later on?
Yes, you may change plans at any time - either to upgrade or to downgrade.
How do I pay?
We accept the SEPA debit balance, which works within the EU as well as payment via Credit Card. We charge the monthly fee at the end of each month.
What type of contracts do you have?
We don't make long-term contracts, but only monthly contracts so you can cancel at any time.
How about the security of my data?
Your data is safe with us. Through regular security updates and a modern server infrastructure, we do everything necessary to manage your information securely. Daily backups and redundant data storage offer you maximum security.
Can I use CentralPlanner from any mobile device?
Of course! CentralPlanner runs on all mobile and stationary devices. Be it a smartphone, a tablet, notebook or a classic PC. All you need is an Internet connection and a browser. Our reservation system also works with tablet computers such as the iPad and on your smartphone.
